All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, which are custom-made and personal hygiene-related, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us at customerservice@ivoiremarkets.com within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:
- Your Order Number
- Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing your request, if the damage is verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, we recommend contacting the shipping provider directly.
Order Cancellations
